Malcolm has extensive experience in the telecoms industry, specialising in the satellite and broadcast sector. He is a highly skilled senior executive with considerable experience of developing and implementing market entry strategies to promote business growth. His experience includes developing innovative and customer focused products and services which have lead to considerable increases in revenue.

His early career was spent at BT where he joined the TV business unit in 1989 and progressed to senior manager responsible for all video contribution services. He then moved on to IDB Europe and BT Broadcast Services where he was responsible for sales and commercial management of all BT media related products and services.

Most recently Malcolm was Vice President of Media Sales at Intelsat where he was responsible for International sales of Intelsat media industry products and services.

Colin has extensive senior level experience in the technology and telecommunications sector specialising in wireless, optical and managed services. An engineer with a track record of success in Sales, Account Management and New Business Development, underpinned by a deep understanding of Technology, Commercial and Project management.

Colin’s early career was with BT where his main achievements were with BT Global Networks programme and included project management of the first high accuracy synchronisation system for transatlantic cable restoration over satellite and services and terrestrial facilities for the TAT 9 transatlantic digital cable launch.

His most recent roles were Account Director, Service Providers & Public Sector at MLL Telecom Ltd and Account Director within the BT Division at Huawei Technologies (UK) Ltd.

Paul is a highly skilled global executive leader and technology pioneer with an impressive track record of delivering large complex business growth and transformation programmes. He has held both executive and non-executive board positions in global technology and media and organisations such as Chief Customer Innovation Officer, COO Innovation, Group Technology Officer at BT and Vice President, BT Global Services.

His rich executive expertise is in business transformation, growth, innovation, technology, customer experience and leadership. Paul is a technology pioneer, founder, executive coach, keynote speaker and author (7C’s of successful innovation).  He is currently:

He has proven accomplishments in business process re-engineering, CRM (procurement, analysis and utilization), high performance team building, new business creation, operational leadership, and vendor management; leading to higher staff productivity, reduced costs and greater return on investment. He is an inspirational, high-energy leader with significant accomplishments at mid-sized and major corporations.

Kenny has significant experience as a board level advisor for transformational change in the Telecoms, Media and Technology sector.  He has in depth skills in applying digital and mobile technologies for future operational needs.  As an equity partner in PwC he built and led highly successful, multi-cultural, multi-disciplined and multi-national teams.

John Martin is a highly experienced Programme Manager and Consultant with considerable experience in the IT industry.

For the past twenty years, he has specialized in running transition and transformation programmes, working for major multinational companies and service providers, including BT, AT&T, IBM, Orange and several Financial Services institutions. These assignments have all arisen as a result of company mergers, acquisitions and major outsourcing.

John manages these assignments by using a methodology which has been further enhanced over the years, from an original concept developed in his time working as a senior consultant for Coopers & Lybrand. The methodology also encompasses the organisational structures required to organise teams to facilitate a smooth transition, as well as techniques for compressing the transition timeline to enable the start of an early transformation deployment.

Rob has a wealth of experience in business development and sales in the global telecommunications sector. His specific areas of expertise are the satellite and wireless markets where he has a proven track record in developing customer focused products and services.

Rob started his career at GEC Plessey Telecoms. He then went on to work for some major global operators in senior roles. For example:
