Tony McCrory - Head of Project & Programme Management

Tony leads our Project & Programme Management team. He is also responsible for continuous quality improvements in both platform and process, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

He is a highly skilled Programme Director with over 25 years experience in the ICT sector.
He has worked with a number of major global operators such as AT&T, BT, COLT and France Telecom Equant (now Orange Business Services). He has a track record of success in the delivery and management of complex global transition and transformation programmes. His experience includes bid Management, outsourcing and crisis management. He is also skilled in managing the setting up of new business units. For example supporting the successful introduction of COLT's professional services division.

Tony's early career includes Project Management roles for Service Delivery infrastructure projects for domestic and global financial organisations such as Citibank, Diners Club, Nat West, Woolwich, Bradford & Bingley and Abbey. Tony is qualified to PRINCE2 Practitioner level.
