Richard Nash

Richard is an accomplished programme manager with over 15 years experience of
delivering multi-million dollar programmes and projects across multiple business sectors
and a reputation of success in challenging business start-up programmes in new
markets.

He has managed business change and systems implementation programmes across
customer focussed businesses, covering such diverse functional areas as triple-play
(voice, data & TV services), asset management, network, finance, sales, marketing,
customer service, billing and payment settlement.

His ability to motivate and lead successful programme teams has directly contributed to
the delivery of significant benefits for his clients in the Telecoms, Financial Services,
Utilities, IT and Media sectors.

Richard was the Clevercoms Programme Manager working with Unisys and responsible
for the successful $70m solution rollout of TRE-FOR Bredbånd, a new broadband and
triple-play provider in Denmark. The programme conceived, designed and subsequently
rolled out a Fibre to the Home based broadband network infrastructure, full back office
systems and business processes to deliver ‘triple-play' services to residential, business
and local municipality customers in central Denmark. This was the first end-to-end FTTH
Equal Access Network (EAN) in Denmark and supported triple-play (broadband access,
VoIP, IP-TV, HD-IPTV, VOD) services delivered by a range of Danish and international
service providers.

His career has included projects for Reuters, where he was the programme manager
responsible, as part of a team, for the successful design and delivery of a £34m order to
cash, CRM and billing system. The system was designed to reduce operational costs
through the implementation of a global standard business process across Reuters
customer service centres.

management of a number of complex programmes involving systems integration and
