- Building and managing a professional services practice of 31 people for SITA and achieving first year sales target after 8 months in post. Delivered $5.9m (Target: $5.0m)
- Managing & delivering a $30m BT Openzone project for Motorola within timescales, budget and specifications.
- At Motorola - exceeded sales target by 20% in first year from $7.0m to $8.4m and achieved a stretched sales target of $11.0m in second year.
- Developed mobile value propositions for the telecom operators including BPR and supply chain.
- Developed and sold $2.0m of business services to an interactive TV company within first 4 months of joining Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.
- Part of the start-up team for the creation of the m-Commerce business unit in UK for CGEY.
- Developed new mobile business value propositions for a number of industry sectors.
- For BT - Created and managed a £30m P&L business unit selling integrated services to airlines which sold solutions to 7 major airlines: Singapore Airlines, Malaysia Airlines, Virgin Atlantic, Swissair, Austrian, Sabena and Lauda Air.
